In particular, users are hereby informed that, in accordance with article 32 of the French amended Law on information technology and liberties of January 6, 1978, the information they provide in the forms present on the Demptos SAS website is necessary to answer their queries and is intended for the services in charge of answering their queries, in order to follow up these queries.
In accordance with the provisions of articles 39 and 40 of the French Law on information technology and liberties of January 6, 1978, amended in 2004, users have a right of access, rectification, modification and deletion of their personal information.
